Our Mission

The Judgment Free Health Care Providers Directory (JFHCP) seeks to ensure that gender and sexual minorities at every socioeconomic level can readily access sensitive and affirming health care. Through the provision of an advanced search provider directory, advocacy, and education for providers, JFHCP helps connect lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, HIV+, kinky, asexual, non-monogamous, and sex trade patients with medical professionals who are able and willing to give them quality, culturally-competent health care.

Who We Are

Aiden Michael Harrington is a New York-based and licensed Registered Nurse, skilled in providing sensitive and affirming care to youth and adult patients, especially gender and sexual minority populations (particularly LGBTQI, transgender, alternative relationships and lifestyles, HIV+, and those involved in sex work), as well as education and trainings for patients, medical providers, and social service professionals. He has developed and taught workshops for national and international gender and sexuality conferences such as Transcending Boundaries, The Philadelphia Trans Health Conference, as well as facilitates an ongoing transgender support group through the Staten Island LGBT Community Center.

He is the founder of the Judgment Free Health Care Providers Directory, a non-profit initiative towards helping gender and sexual minority patients find sensitive and culturally competent health care professionals.
